APPOINTMENTS
All of our appointments are bookable on the day. We have a certain amount of routine telephone appointments each day. If you need to speak to a clinician, please contact the surgery on 01698 755050. If you need a face to face examination the clinician will arrange a suitable time for this to be done.
If you have an urgent health concern that requires you to speak to a clinician please call the practice any time between 8am and 6pm. You will have to provide the administration team with the details of your health concern to ensure you speak to the appropriate person. You will receive a call back from either a GP, Pharmacist or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
Please make sure you answer the call as we cannot continue to retry due to the volumes of calls.
Please note we only deal with emergencies between 5pm and 6pm.
PRACTICE NURSE APPOINTMENTS
We have 2 Practice Nurses and all of their appointments are face to face and can be booked in advance.
Telephone Interpreters are available if required. Please let our receptionist know in advance if you require this service
