GPs during COVID

The Practice carries out multiple face to face appointments every day.

We triage every telephone call before a face to face appointment is offered to ensure it is appropriate.

This allows the GPs to treat more patients daily

Our appointment booking system has changed- You will receive a call back from a GP on the same day you call.  If you need a face to face examination the GP will arrange a suitable time for this to be done- usually on the same day

If you have a health concern of any kind that requires you to speak to a GP please call the practice any time between 8am and 5pm.  You will have to provide the administration team with the details of your health concern to ensure you speak to the appropriate person. You will receive a call back from either a GP, Pharmacist or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Please make sure you answer the call as we cannot continue to retry due to the volumes of calls
